GENERAL TERMS OF ENTRANCE TO THE STADIUM

Please read carefully the following “General Terms of Entrance to the Stadium”, (hereinafter “General Terms”).

With your legal entry (ticket, invitation and season ticket exchange card) into the Stadium we presume that you have read, comprehended and accepted those Terms.

ARTICLE 1 –DEFINITIONS

The words and phrases of the General Terms mentioned below have the meaning provided as follows:
1.1. Match: is considered the match carried out by Panathinaikos F.C. (hereinafter “P.A.O. F.C.”), in the stadium which P.A.O. F.C. uses as the team‘s home ground and is playing as a home team.
1.2. Stadium: is considered the facility P.A.O. F.C. uses as a home ground for the conducting of the Matches.
1.3. Ticket: is considered the numbered and nominal ticket, with a serial number which identifies a specific seat and gives its holder the right to enter the Stadium and watch a Match.
1.4. Season Ticket: is considered the card which gives its holder a series of privileges, which includes the right to enter the Stadium with the issuance of a Season Ticket Exchange Card to watch the Matches (Greek Championship & Cup, European Championships), which will be conducted during one season. The specific terms of the Season Tickets are included in the Season Ticket Special Terms, which are attached to the application for the issuance or renewal of P.A.O. F.C. Season Tickets.
1.5. Season Tickets Exchange Cards: is the ticket which gives to Season Ticket Holders the right to enter the Stadium and watch a Match.
1.6. Invitation: is the invitation that gives the right to enter the Stadium and watch a Match, according to the provisions of the Organizing Authority.
1.7. Holder-spectator: the person that enters the Stadium having the legal right to do so and the right to watch the Match with a valid ticket, season ticket exchange card or an invitation.
1.8. PANATHINAIKOS F.C: is considered the Société Anonyme Football Company P.A.O. including its employees and every one of its representatives and volunteers.
1.9. Official Ticket Outlets: are considered, the seat of Panathinaikos F.C company, the vendors of each Stadium and every other place P.A.O. F.C., or its authorized representatives, choose as such.
1.10. Ticket Terms: is considered the abstract of these General Terms that is listed on the back of all tickets, invitations and season ticket exchange cards.

ARTICLE 2 – OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOLDERS-SPECTATORS

2.1. Completion of the personal information of the Ticket: The Tickets are always numbered and nominal and each Ticket number corresponds to a seated spectator. When purchasing a Ticket, personal information of the spectator (name, father‘s name and I.D. number) should be completed on the “Perimeter Control Coupon” and the “Gate Control Coupon” of the Ticket. As a prerequisite for the entrance to the Stadium the holder-spectator should present an ID for the matching of information presented upon entrance with the information written on the Ticket.
2.2. Ticket purchase for minors: The purchase of a Ticket for a minor, under the age of 14, is allowed only by the person having the legal custody and for a minor between 14 and 17 years old, only with the written consent of the person having the legal custody. For minors under the age of 14, the entrance and stay in the Stadium is allowed only if they are escorted by an adult. The escort completes his/her personal information on the Ticket coupon with the indication “Perimeter Control Coupon” and the minor‘s information on the coupon with the indication “Gate Control Coupon”. In that case the legal custodian bears all responsibility.
2.3. Valid Ticket: Is only considered the Ticket sold by P.AO. F.C. official Ticket outlets and P.AO. F.C authorized representatives. If a person purchases a Ticket by any place other than P.A.O. FC. official Ticket outlet or P.A.O. FC. authorized representative, bears the risk to purchase a ticket that could be stolen, forged or acquired by illegal means and therefore the purchaser will not be allowed to enter the Stadium or may be forced to exit the premises.
2.4. Prohibition to exchange, resale and trade the Tickets: Any exchange, resale or trade of the Tickets is prohibited. Any purchase on behalf of third parties as a professional or commercial activity is prohibited.
2.5. Use for promotional purposes: The use of the Tickets for political, commercial, promotional or other such reasons (e.g. as a prize in competitions) is prohibited, unless a written consent of P.A.O. F.C. is provided. Otherwise P.A.O. F.C. reserves the right to invalidate the said Tickets.
2.6. Physical search and luggage search: The holder-spectator abides and accepts the possibility to be submitted to a physical or luggage search or search of any other object carried during attendance, entry, stay and departure from the Stadium. The search is obligatory for safety reasons and aims to avoid episodes and generally punishable actions during the Match and disciplinary sanctions against the home team imposed by the Authorities. The search ensures the orderly proceeding of the Match and physical integrity of all spectators-fans.
2.7. Security cameras: Moreover the holder- spectator acknowledges and accepts that for safety reasons and for avoiding any punishable actions, security cameras are operating and record the Stadium grounds during the holders’ attendance, entry, stay and departure from the Stadium
2.8. Fan behavior: The holder-spectator is obliged, before, during and after the Matches to abide by the laws, rules and provisions of the fan culture. It is strictly forbidden throughout attendance, entry, stay and departure from the Stadium, to curse, use slogans of offensive, anti-athletic or racist kind, to engage fights or participate in such episodes.
2.9. PAO F.C Instructions: The holder-spectator is obliged to abide by P.A.O. F.C. instructions when attending, entering, staying and departing from the Stadium.
2.10. Restricted objects: The holder-spectator, when entering and staying in the Stadium, is forbidden to carry objects of the following categories:
* guns, ammunitions, explosive devises, chemical or arsonist devises and generally every object referred to by law no 2168/1993 (G.G Α’ 147) fireworks, firecrackers smoke agents, tear gas and generally objects that cause injuries, (article 1 L.1646/1986, G.G. Α’138), regardless whether they are legally possessed,
* knives, poles, bats, umbrellas and any other object may cause injuries,
* drugs or other illegal substances referred to by law no 1729/1987 (G.G Α’ 144) as amended by L.2331/95 (G.G Α’173),
* bikes, motorbikes, skates, skateboards, other skates, balls, rackets, frisbees and all similar objects,
* unauthorized electronic radio or television transmission equipment,
* flag poles, flags bigger than 2x1 m. and banners bigger than 1x1 m. Flags and banners of smaller dimensions than the abovementioned, are permitted only if they have not offensive and / or racist content and illustrations and are not attached to metal, wooden, plastic poles or frames.
* musical instruments, horns, laser devises and any other devise could cause nuisance,
* objects (t-shirts, hats, bags e.t..c) featuring obvious trade marks and products imitating the original P.A.O. F.C. products,
* signs, notices, brochures and publications of defamatory, insulting or obscene content and any printed material of political, commercial or promotional content,
* glass bottles, canteens, portable refrigerators, ice packs, containers, lighters, large number of coins,
* water, refreshments, beverages, except those provided by the Stadium canteens, also food, with the exceptions of health reasons that are proven by the necessary medical reports,
* animals, with the exception of police dogs and eye-seeing dogs
* large objects, such us bags, suitcases, folding chairs, or portable seats,
* any kind of object, material, or substance, P.A.O. F.C. and the Authorities could consider dangerous or inappropriate and possible to disturb the orderly viewing and safe conducting of the Matches.
P.A.O. F.C is entitled to modify, at any given time, the abovementioned list of forbidden objects, which will be posted for the holder-spectators’ information to the PAO F.C. official ticket sale points and the ticket vendors of the Stadium.
In case such objects are found on a holder-spectator during his attendance, entry, stay or departure from the Stadium, they will be removed immediately by the specially authorized P.A.O. F.C. personnel, P.A.O. F.C. bearing no responsibility or liability for any damage. P.A.O. F.C. provides no safekeeping services for such objects in the Stadium.
2.11. Prohibited actions: The following actions are prohibited in the Stadium: causing or participating in conflicts, or similar actions, that do not express fan activity and/or discredit the match, the sport, P.A.O. F.C. and its athletes. It is prohibited to smoke, make bets, collect money for any reason without authorization, organize promotion activities (e.g. group of spectators in continuous seats wearing letters or symbols to compose a promoting, political, racist or religious slogan), use abusive marketing techniques, political or religious manifestations and protests, sell goods by unauthorized salesmen (street vendors) or facilities (canteens, trolleys e.t.c.), sell Tickets without authorization, make transmissions or/and recordings by any way, or means (mobile phones, or other transiting devices, cameras, recorders e.t.c.) for unauthorized television broadcasters to enter with recording equipment and camera, to take photos, to act in dangerous, obscene or annoying ways, to distribute non-approved leaflets, brochures e.t.c., to attempt to enter in spaces forbidden for the public, to make money acquisitions or any kind of prohibited profit (e.g. by playing music, singing, participating in actions that prevent the viewers from watching the events or participating in any other action considered dangerous or inappropriate by P.A.O. F.C.). P.A.O. F.C. may modify at any moment the abovementioned prohibited actions, which will be posted for the holder-spectators’ information to P.A.O. F.C. official Ticket outlets and ticket vendors of the Stadium.
It is also prohibited, either by the holder or by any other person or legal person, to exploit, in any way commercial or promotional (draws included), the Tickets and Invitations and the P.A.O. F.C‘s and/or its sponsors’ and supporters’ trademarks and brand logos on them, without P.A.O. F.C‘s or/and its sponsors’ or supporters’ written permission.
P.A.O. F.C. may modify at any moment the abovementioned prohibited actions, and add new ones, that according to P.A.O. F.C. could disturb the orderly and safe conduct of the Match, which will be posted for the holder-spectators’ information to P.A.O. F.C. official Ticket outlets and ticket vendors of the Stadium.
2.12. Security: The holders-spectators are solely responsible for their personal safety, the safety of minors they escort and have sole liability for the safekeeping of their personal objects during their attendance, entry, stay and departure from the Stadium, since there is no facility for the safekeeping of objects.
2.13. Holder-spectator ‘s liability: The holders-spectators are liable to P.A.O. F.C. for any intentional action or omission is against the law or regulations and/or the Terms of Entrance and the Special Season Ticket Terms, to restore any damage, compensatory or consequential, that P.A.O. F.C. should bear by those actions or by any other behavior of the holders during the Match. Additionally, P.A.O. F.C. has the right to seek criminal punishment of the perpetrators of criminal actions, that will take place during the holders-spectators’ attendance, entry, stay and departure from the Stadium.

ΑRTICLE 3 - P.A.O. F.C. RIGHTS

3.1. Prohibition of entry or immediate removal from the Stadium: P.A.O. F.C. reserves the right to immediately remove the holder-spectator from the Stadium and also the right to refuse entry in future Matches, without any consolation, in case the holder-spectator:
* does not abide by the General Terms of Entrance, Ticket Terms and Special Season Ticket Terms,
* refuses the physical search and luggage search,
* disturbs the entertainment, comfort, or security, of others in the Stadium,
* is the holder of a Ticket, Invitation or Season Ticket Exchange Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed or non-readable,
* has bought the Ticket, Invitation or Season Ticket Exchange Card from unauthorized vendors,
* attempts to, or prohibits, the Matches or disturbs in any way the conducting of the Matches,
* brings forbidden objects according to article 2.10,
* is acting, or is about to act, in the ways that are prohibited, according to article 2.11,
* there are indicatives, that he/she is about to proceed to any of the abovementioned actions.
3.2. Non-refundable Ticket: In case a person is refused to enter, or is removed from the Stadium, the Ticket will not be refunded or exchanged with an other Match‘s Ticket.
3.3. P.A.O F.C.’s complete exemption of liability: P.A.O. F.C. is completely non- liable for any injury, destruction, loss, or civil liability of the holder-spectator, that is likely to be connected in any way with the viewing of the Match in the Stadium, regardless how they are caused, including the case those actions are connected to P.A.O. F.C.’s action or omission.

 ARTICLE 4 – REFUND – CANCELLATION – COMPENSATION POLICY

4.1. After the purchase of the Ticket and subject to the extent provided in this Article, any replacement, cancellation or refund of the Ticket is not allowed, even if it has not been used by the holder.
4.2. Postponement of the Match – Change of Stadium: In case the Match is postponed or the Stadium of the Match changes, for any reason, (weather conditions, court decision, Superleague, N.F.A., U.E.F.A., P.A.O. F.C. decision e.t.c.) the holder must maintain the Ticket, which will be valid for the new date, or the different stadium, unless P.A.O. F.C. decides differently.
4.3. Cancellation – Games where public is excluded: In case a Match is cancelled, for any reason, (court decision, Superleague, NFA, UEFA, PAO FC decision e.t.c) or in case a Match is conducted with the exclusion of public the holder of the Ticket is entitled to ask for a refund.
4.4. Modification of the starting time of the Match: In case of modification of the starting time of the match, the holder of the Ticket is not entitled to replace it, cancel it, or get a refund.
4.5. Change of schedule or participants: In case there is a change of the time schedule or the participants of any Season, the holder of the Ticket is not entitled to replace it, or get a refund, unless P.A.O. F.C. decides differently.
4.6. Evacuation of seat rows by the Police: The holders-spectators consents, that in case that the Police evacuates certain seat rows of the Stadium for safety reasons, P.A.O. F.C. reserves the right to move them in a different seat in the same or a different gate, to his better convenience and P.A.O. F.C. ‘s needs. In that case, P.A.O. F.C. is not liable of any compensation for any reason.
4.7. Loss, theft or damage of the Tickets: P.A.O. F.C. cannot replace the stolen, lost, or damaged Tickets.
4.8. P.A.O. F.C.’s responsibility: P.A.O. F.C. is not responsible for any compensation of the holder for any damages, losses or expenses, as a result of the cancellation, postponement, or change of time schedule, or change of the date or the place of the Match, for any reason.

ARTICLE 5 – PHOTOGRAPHY – VIDEOTAPING – SOUND RECORDING

5.1. The holder-spectator acknowledge and accept that, during the Matches and specifically during the attendance, entry, stay and departure from the Stadium, they might be photographed, filmed, or recorded, by P.A.O. F.C. With the purchase of a Ticket, Invitation and Season Ticket Exchange Cards, the holders-spectators’ consent to P.A.O. F.C to use the above images, pictures and/or recordings, is presumed and the holders quit any right or claim for the use of the material, including, but not limited, the publication, broadcasting and use for promotional purposes of the Tickets, Season Tickets and other products of P.A.O. F.C. trade marks.
5.2. Photographing, videotaping, recording the Matches from the holder-spectator, with a personal camera, video camera or recorder, is exclusively allowed, for personal use only and licensing, retransmission, publication, commercial or other use of this material is strictly forbidden.

ARTICLE 6- CONFIDENTIALITY – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

6.1. The holders-spectator when acquiring the Ticket, Invitation, or Season Ticket Exchange Card, allows P.A.O. F.C. to collect preserve and process their personal data.
6.2. The processing of the holder-spectator’s personal data is performed by P.A.O. F.C., according to the provisions of Data Protection Law no 2472/97.
6.3. P.A.O. F.C. endeavors for the protection of personal data of the holder-spectator from unauthorized access and unauthorised process. The personal data that P.A.O F.C. collects are exclusively used for purposes, defined by sports legislation and for information purposes and P.A.O. F.C. and its affiliates and sponsors promotional campaigns. In case the holders-spectators do not wish the use of their personal data for informational purposes and promotional activities, they are kindly requested to communicate with P.A.O. F.C. Fan Service Department at the no 801 111 1908.

ARTICLE 7 – FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. The herein Terms and Ticket Terms as well as the Terms and Conditions as listed on the back of the Ticket, are a complete and exclusive agreement between the holder- spectator and P.A.O. F.C. In case the herein Terms are in contrast to the Ticket Terms, the herein Terms prevail.
7.2. The herein Terms and the Special Season Ticket Terms, listed on the back of the application to issue or renew Season Tickets, are a complete and exclusive agreement between the holder- spectator and P.A.O. F.C. In case the herein Terms are in contrast to the Special Season Ticket Terms, the Special Season Ticket Terms prevail.
7.3. P.A.O. F.C.‘s failure to abide by all or some of the herein Terms, shall not constitute a resignation from the application of some or all of them.
7.4. In the event of invalidity of any of the herein terms, the remaining Terms continue to apply.
7.5. If the ticket purchase is made by proxy, the herein Terms bind both the delegating, and the delegate.
7.6. Applicable Law is the Greek Law. The competent courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
