SEASON TICKET TERMS
Please read carefully the following Season Ticket Terms (hereinafter «
Ticket Terms»):
1. Acceptance of Ticket Terms: By acquiring a Panathinaikos F.C. (“P.A.O. F.C.”), Season Ticket you acknowledge and is presumed that you have read, understood and accepted fully and unconditionally the Ticket Terms herein as well as the attached “General Terms of Entrance to the Stadium”, as an integral part of the Ticket Terms herein.
2. Terms of Season Ticket Purchase by a minor: The acquisition of a Season Ticket by a minor is permitted only if the relevant Season Ticket application form / contract has been completed and signed by the person having the legal custody. The entrance and stay of a minor under the age of 14 in the Stadium is only allowed if escorted by an adult, under the sole responsibility of the person having the legal custody of the minor.
3. Season Ticket Holder Privileges: The acquisition of a Season Ticket confers to the Holder the right of entrance to the Stadium (with the issuance of the relevant Season Tickets Exchange Card) used as PAO FC football team home and watch all the Matches (Greek Championship & Cup, European Championships) conducted during Season 2011-2012 to the specific gate, row and seat, except for matches in the cases defined under article 9 herein. Moreover, the Holder is entitled to privileges, defined by P.A.O. F.C. and according to its discretionary power, before or during the Season 2011-2012. The abovementioned privileges are subject to modifications by P.A.O. F.C. during the Season.
4. Holder’s seat: The Holder is entitled to use in the Stadium only the numbered seat indicated on the Season Ticket.
5. Prohibition on transfer or disposition of the Season Ticket: The Season Ticket is personal and nominal. It shall not be transferred or made available in any other way to a third party. In case of use by a third person P.A.O. F.C. reserves the right to prohibit to third person’s entrance to the Stadium as well as to cancel the Season Ticket for the rest of the Season. In that case no refund is possible and P.A.O. F.C. reserves its rights for compensation for pecuniary or non-pecuniary damages caused by the illegal disposition and use of the Season Ticket. In any case the Holder remains wholly and severally responsible before P.A.O. F.C. for pecuniary or non-pecuniary damages caused to P.A.O. F.C. by the third person to whom the Season Ticket has been transferred to.
6. Prohibition on exchange, resale and trade of the Season Tickets: It is prohibited to exchange, resale, trade and purchase Season Tickets on behalf of third parties as a professional or commercial activity. In addition it is prohibited to use the Tickets for political, commercial, advertising or other promotional purposes (e.g. as a prize in competitions), unless a written consent of P.A.O. F.C. is provided. P.A.O. F.C. reserves the right to invalidate those Tickets at any time as well as to request compensation for pecuniary or non-pecuniary damages caused by the illegal exchange or resale or trade of the Season Tickets.
7. Identity Card Demonstration: Besides the obligation to produce identification (Identity Card or valid passport) for the conclusion of the contract for the acquisition of the Season Ticket, it is also obligatory to produce identification (Identity Card or valid passport), if requested, as a condition for the Holder’s entrance to the Stadium, in order to identify the name indicated on the Season Ticket with the data on the Identity Card or passport.
8. Personal Safety and Carried Objects: The Holder is solely responsible for his/her personal safety and the safety of minors he/she escorts. The Holder is solely responsible for the safekeeping of his/her personal objects during his/her entry, stay and departure from the Stadium.
9. Cancellation – Playing of matches behind closed doors: In case a Match is cancelled or played behind closed doors the Holder is not entitled to withdraw or /and ask for total or partial refund of the fee and/or compensation of any kind.
10. P.A.O F.C. Punishment or Change of Home: In case of change of P.A.O F.C. home due to punishment or decision of a competent Authority or due to any other reason, not resulting from P.A.O F.C. decision, P.A.O. F.C. will make every possible effort to ensure Season Ticket Holders’ seats to watch the P.A.O F.C. match at the designated stadium prior to all other football fans. If the designated Stadium has reduced capacity that does not ensure the availability of seats for all the Season Ticket Holders, P.A.O F.C. will promptly inform the Holders trough the website www.pao.gr or by any other appropriate means, that the seats shall be disposed with a priority range. In case Season Ticket Holders are unable to find a seat because of the reduced capacity of the Stadium they shall have no claim against P.A.O F.C. and P.A.O F.C shall not be liable of any compensation for any reason.
11. Participation to affray – Holder’s inappropriate behavior: In case the Holder participates, in P.A.O. F.C. home or any other stadium, in an affray or other action not appropriate for a fan and/or insulting towards the match, the sport, P.A.O F.C. or its athletes, even if P.A.O. F.C. is not punished for the above actions, P.A.O F.C. reserves the right to immediately remove the Holder from the Stadium and/or prohibit the entrance to the match and/or future matches and/or to invalid and prohibit the use of the specific Season Ticket without prior notice and without any compensation.
12. Holder’s Liability: The Holder is liable to P.A.O F.C. for any intentional action or omission is against the Law or Regulations, or the Terms herein as well as the General Terms of Entrance to the Stadium, to restore any damages, compensatory or consequential, that P.A.O. F.C. shall bear by those actions or by any other behavior of the Holders during the Match, as set out be the Law or the Regulations. Additionally, P.A.O. F.C. has the right to seek criminal punishment of the perpetrators of criminal actions that will take place during the Holders attendance, entry, stay and departure from the Stadium.
13. Refund of the Season Ticket: The Holder is entitled, within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) days following the receipt of the Season Ticket, and before its use in any way, to repudiate the present contract and return the Season Ticket by registered letter to P.A.O F.C. Following the lapse of the above period no relevant request shall be accepted.
14. i. Holder‘s Personal Data: The Season Ticket Holder allows P.A.O F.C. to collect, preserve and process their personal data. The processing of the Holder ‘s personal data is performed by P.A.O. F.C. according to the provisions of Data Protection Law no 2472/97 and are exclusively used for informational purposes, purposes defined by sports legislation and P.A.O. F.C. and its affiliates and sponsors promotional campaigns. P.A.O. F.C. acts in any way possible to protect those data from any illegal access and process. In case the Holder does not wish the use of his personal data for informational purposes and promotional activities, they are kindly requested to note:
I do not want my personal data to be used for promotional purposes of P.A.O. F.C. and its sponsors.
ii. With a purchase of a Season Ticket, the holder is likely to participate instantly in competitions or other promotional activities held by P.A.O. F.C. and/or its affiliates and sponsors In case the Holder does not wish his instant participation in the aforementioned activities he is kindly requested to note:
I do not want my instant participation in competitions or other promotional activities held by P.A.O. F.C. or its sponsors.
15. Agreement between the Holder and P.A.O. F.C.: The Terms herein as well as the Terms of Entrance to the Stadium are a complete and exclusive agreement between the Holder and P.A.O. F.C. In case the Terms herein are in contrast to the Special Season Ticket Terms, the Special Season Ticket Terms prevail.
16. Failure to abide by the Terms: Failure of the Holder to abide by all or some of the herein Terms as well as the General Terms of Entrance to the Stadium, P.A.O. F.C. reserves the right to withhold the Season Ticket and invalidate it without any further obligation to compensate the Holder.
17. Season Ticket Loss: In case of loss the Season Ticket Holder must contact immediately P.A.O. F.C. Fan Service Department at the no 801 111 1908, in order to invalidate the Season Ticket. The reissuance of a Season Ticket is feasible only after provision of all the necessary documents requested by P.A.O. F.C. as for its first issuance.
