ELECTRONIC SEASON TICKET RENEWAL SYSTEM
TERMS OF USE
1. Panathinaikos F.C. (“P.A.O. F.C.”) Electronic Season Ticket Purchase System accessible through the website
www.paotickets.gr (hereinafter the “
System”), provides the fans with the ability to purchase on line their Season Ticket for the 2nd Round 2011-2012.
2. The Terms of Use herein intent to clarify the renewal procedure through the System and inform the Season Ticket holders about their rights and obligations.
3. Season Tickets 2011 – 2012 for the 2nd Round grants its holder with the right to enter the Stadium and watch the home football games of the PAO FC football team during 2nd Round of the Season 2011-2012 except from friendly matches and classification matches (playoffs), according to “Season Ticket Terms” and “General Terms of Entrance to the Stadium”.
4. The use of the system constitutes full and unconditional understanding and acceptance of the “Season Ticket Terms” (

http://www.pao.gr/en/tickets/oroielectronic/), available on the website
www.pao.gr and posted on the official spots for tickets delivery.

6. P.A.O. F.C. shall not be held liable towards card holders or any other person for any amendment, suspension or interruption of the System‘s services.
7. Request for Ticket Purchase. By entering your personal User Name and Password in the relevant fields of the website
www.paotickets.gr you may enter the System in order to submit your request for purchase of a Season Ticket for the 2nd Round of the Season 2011-2012. In case that you do not have or you do not remember you User Name or Password please follow the steps as described in
www.paotickets.gr.
8. Payment. The payment for the purchase of the Season Ticket can be effectuated only with the use of a Visa or MasterCard credit card and the amount to be charged depends on the class of the seat you wish to purchase according to the price list for the Season 2011-2012 and is completed with the approval of the transaction by the bank which have issued the credit card.
9. Safety of Transactions. P.A.O. F.C. takes all necessary measures to ensure that your transactions are conducted in a safe environment. Your credit card data are protected by SSL (“Secure Socket Layer”) technology and are encrypted before being sent. For safety reasons you are kindly requested not to notify any third person about you user name and password and it is recommended to be very careful when using a public computer.
10. Processing of your request for purchase. Your request for purchase will be processed only after your personal information (password, access code, credit card number) is completed and their accuracy is confirmed. In case that the aforementioned information provided during the submission of your request for purchase is not correct, the purchase requested may be delayed or cancelled. In such cases P.A.O. F.C. shall attempt to contact you based on the contact details you have submitted in the System. If the attempt to communicate with you is not successful, the purchase of the Season Ticket will not be completed. P.A.O. F.C. bears not liability in case that your order is cancelled due to any delay or incorrect completion of information provided by you.
11. Order Confirmation. Following the completion of your personal details for the Season Ticket purchase the code of the transaction will be sent to you via an email, which would confirm the successful completion of the purchase of the Season Ticket. If, after submitting your data for the completion of your Season Ticket purchase, you do not receive the abovementioned confirmation, you are kindly requested to contact P.A.O. F.C. Customer Service Department on number 801 111 1908 or 210 6870700 via mobile, in order to be informed whether your purchase is completed or not. P.A.O. F.C. shall not be held liable in case you do not confirm the successful purchase of your Season Ticket as indicated above.
12. Delivery and Receipt. Following the completion of your transaction you will receive the relevant receipt and you will be able to get your Season Ticket including your personal details by the official ticket spots of P.A.O. F.C. or the official store of Green Team S.A. (27, Andrea Papandreou st. Marousi, Athens), during business days and hours. In order to receive the Season Ticket and Receipt you will have to present personal identification (I.D.) or valid passport.
13. Refund – Change of Seat. Following the completion of your transaction, refund or change of seat is not possible, therefore you should always confirm the accuracy and completeness of your personal information before completing your transaction.
14. Right of Withdrawal. The Season Ticket Holder, within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) days following the receipt of the Season Ticket, and before its use in any way, is entitled to repudiate and return the Season Ticket by registered letter to P.A.O F.C. together with the relevant Receipt. In such case P.A.O F.C. shall refund the exact amount paid for the renewal of the Season Ticket through the credit card that the Holder had used for the transaction. Following the lapse of the above period no relevant request shall be accepted.
15. Change of personal information. In case there is a change of your personal information you are kindly requested to notify P.A.O. F.C. by e-mail on
info@paotickets.gr, or by phone on number 801 111 1908 (via fixed telephone) and 210 6870700 (via mobile).
16. Holder‘s Personal Data: The Season Ticket Holder allows P.A.O F.C. to collect, preserve and process his personal data. The processing of the Holder‘s personal data is performed by P.A.O. F.C. according to the provisions of Data Protection Law nr. 2472/97 and are exclusively used for the purposes defined by sports legislation, for informational purposes as well as for promotions campaigns organized by P.A.O. F.C. and its affiliates and sponsors. P.A.O. F.C. uses its best efforts to protect such data from any illegal access and processing. In case that the Holder does not wish the use of his personal data for informational purposes and promotional activities of P.A.O. F.C. and or/its sponsors, he is kindly requested to tick the following box:
I do not want my personal data to be used for promotional purposes of P.A.O. F.C. and its sponsors.
17. Participation in Competitions. With a purchase of a Season Ticket, the Holder is likely to participate instantly in competitions or other promotional activities held by P.A.O. F.C and/or its affiliates or sponsors. In case that the Holder does not wish his instant participation to the aforementioned activities he is kindly requested to tick the following box:
I do not want my instant participation in competitions or other promotional activities held by P.A.O. F.C. and its sponsors.
