For the 25th round of Super League Greece, Panathinaikos won Atromitos 2-0 at “Apostolos Nikolaidis”, after five poor results at home ground.

The Latin spirit pushed Panathinaikos to win since Argentinian Villiafanez and Brazilian Evangelista made their debut in scoring.

Meanwhile, Leto returned to action on behalf of Panathinaikos after 4 years and two months, with the fans to applaud his second spell at the club.

During the match our team played with passion form the beginning and pressed a lot the opponent team. Atromitos FC managed to improve his football and to balance the match only after the first 30 minutes.

During the second half, and after the entrance of Leto, coach Stramaccioni changed the system to 4-4-2 and the team gradually regained the control. Panathinaikos secured the match when Villiafanez scored at 70′ and came even closer to a greater score, with two lost chances of Leto and Mamoute.

Finally, Villiafanez was awarded the MVP of the match.
