Please read carefully the following General Terms and Conditions of Entry to the Stadium (hereinafter the “General Terms and Conditions”).
By entering the Stadium lawfully (with a season ticket, match ticket, invitation, or season ticket exchange ticket), you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
The following words and phrases used in these General Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
1.1. Match: means any match organized by the Football Society Anonyme “PANATHINAIKOS ATHLITIKOS OMILOS PODOSFAIRIKI ANONYMOS ETAIREIA” (hereinafter the “F.C.”) at the stadium used by the F.C. as its home venue, where it participates as the home team.
1.2. Stadium: means the sports venue used from time to time by the F.C. as its home ground for the staging of Matches.
1.3. Ticket: means the numbered and personalized ticket, the number of which corresponds to a seated spectator position, granting its holder the right to enter the Stadium and attend a Match.
1.4. Season Ticket Card: means the card granting its holder a series of privileges, including the right to enter the Stadium upon issuance of a Season Ticket Exchange Ticket for attending Matches in the Championship, the Greek Cup, UEFA interclub competitions, and friendly matches taking place during the 2026–2027 sporting season, namely from 01.07.2026 until 30.06.2027. The specific terms and conditions governing the Season Ticket Cards are set out in the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions, which are attached to the F.C.’s Season Ticket Card application form and apply in parallel with these General Terms and Conditions of Entry to the Stadium.
1.5. Season Ticket Exchange Ticket: means the ticket granting Season Ticket Card holders the right to enter the Stadium and attend a Match.
1.6. Invitation: means the invitation granting the right to enter the Stadium and attend a Match, in accordance with the Regulations of the organizing authority.
1.7. Holder – Spectator: means any person entering the Stadium who is lawfully entitled to enter the Stadium and attend the Match, namely by holding a valid Ticket, Season Ticket Exchange Ticket, or Invitation.
1.8. PANATHINAIKOS F.C.: means the Football Society Anonyme under the corporate name “PANATHINAIKOS ATHLITIKOS OMILOS PODOSFAIRIKI ANONYMOS ETAIREIA”, including its employees and any other persons acting on its behalf.
1.9. Official Points of Sale: means the registered offices of the F.C., the ticket booths of the relevant Stadium, as well as any other point designated as such by the F.C. or its duly authorized agents.
1.10. Ticket Terms and Conditions: means the summary of these General Terms and Conditions printed on the reverse side of the Tickets and Invitations, which shall also be deemed to have been read by the holders of Season Ticket Exchange Tickets.
1.11. Family Package: means the special category of Tickets and/or Season Ticket Cards made available by the F.C. for specific sections of the Stadium (indicatively Gate 23), intended for families and including tickets for minors at preferential prices, as determined from time to time by the F.C.
ARTICLE 2 – OBLIGATIONS OF HOLDERS–SPECTATORS
2.1. Presentation and Completion of Identification Details: Tickets are always numbered, with each Ticket number corresponding to a seated spectator position, are personalized, and shall mandatorily state the holder’s Social Security Number (A.M.K.A.). Upon purchase of the Ticket, the holder’s A.M.K.A. must be provided to the Ticket issuer. Presentation of the holder’s–spectator’s identity card (or passport or residence permit) shall also be required prior to entry into the Stadium, in order to verify that the holder’s details correspond to those stated on the Ticket.
2.2. Purchase of Tickets for Minors: The purchase and collection of a Ticket for a minor under the age of 15 shall be carried out solely by the person exercising parental responsibility, whereas for minors aged between 15 and 17, the written consent of the aforementioned person shall be required. For the entry and presence of minors under the age of 15 in the Stadium, accompaniment by an adult is mandatory, and in all cases responsibility shall rest with the person exercising parental responsibility over the minor.
2.3. Valid Ticket: A Ticket shall be deemed valid only if purchased through the official points of sale of the F.C. and its authorized agents, or through the websites www.pao.gr and www.ticketmaster.gr. Any person obtaining a Ticket from any source other than the F.C. or its authorized agents runs the risk of receiving a ticket that is stolen, forged, or has otherwise come into the possession of the previous holder unlawfully, with the result that entry to the Stadium may be denied or the holder may be required to leave the Stadium.
2.4. Prohibition of Exchange, Resale and Any Other Disposal or Commercial Exploitation of Tickets: The exchange, resale, any form of disposal and/or commercial exploitation of Tickets, as well as the procurement thereof on behalf of third parties in the context of any commercial or business activity, is prohibited. The prohibition set out in this Article shall also apply to holders of Season Ticket Cards.
2.5. It is noted that, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 9 of Article 41G of Law 2725/1999, as amended and currently in force, the following shall apply:
“In the event that, during the inspection carried out, it is established that a person is not in possession of a ticket, or is in possession of a non-personalized ticket, or of a ticket bearing a name different from that of its holder, in violation of the applicable provisions, the police authority shall impose a fine as follows: (a) against the person not holding a ticket, a fine of five hundred Euros (€500) in the case of non-possession of a personalized ticket; (b) against both the holder and the actual beneficiary, a fine equal to ten times the ticket price in the event of possession of a ticket bearing a name different from that of its holder. In the case referred to in the second sentence, the police authority, in addition to imposing the fine, shall remove both the holder and the non-holder from the sports venue.”
2.6. Use for Advertising Purposes: Furthermore, the use of Tickets for political, commercial, advertising, or other promotional purposes (for example, as prizes in competitions) is prohibited, unless prior written approval has been granted by the F.C. The F.C. reserves the right to cancel any such Tickets.
2.7. Body Searches and Inspection of Belongings: The holder–spectator agrees and accepts that they may be subject to a body search and inspection of bags or any other items carried by them upon approaching, entering, remaining in, or leaving the Stadium. Such inspection shall be conducted for security reasons and aims at preventing incidents and, generally, the commission of criminal offences during the Match, avoiding sanctions against the home venue by the organizing authority, and ensuring the orderly conduct of the Match and the physical safety of the other spectators–supporters.
2.8. Security Cameras: Furthermore, the holder–spectator acknowledges and accepts that, for security reasons and for the prevention of criminal offences, a security system (CCTV cameras) operates within the Stadium and records the Stadium areas during the approach, entry, presence, and departure of holders–spectators from the Stadium. The use and operation of the aforementioned system, as well as responsibility for the processing and storage of the data produced thereby, lies exclusively with the Hellenic Police. It is noted that any data resulting from the operation of the aforementioned security system, insofar as acts of violence and, generally, criminal or disciplinarily prosecutable acts have been recorded therein, shall be disclosed by the Hellenic Police to the Permanent Committee for the Prevention of Violence (D.E.A.V.), the competent disciplinary body, and, where applicable, to the competent investigative and judicial authorities, no later than forty-eight (48) hours from their recording.
2.9. Sportsmanlike Conduct: The holder–spectator shall, before, during, and after the conclusion of sporting events, comply with the laws, regulations, and principles of sportsmanship. Profanity, chants of an abusive, unsportsmanlike and/or anti-national nature, fights, and participation in incidents are strictly prohibited throughout the entire period of approach, entry, presence, and departure to and from the Stadium. It is noted that, pursuant to the provisions of paragraphs 1, 2 and 2A of Article 41ST of Law 2725/1999, the following shall apply:
“1. Any person who intentionally, within sports facilities or their immediate surrounding area, or within ancillary facilities or access and parking areas, during a sporting event:
(a) throws onto the field of play or against another person any object capable of causing even minor bodily harm,
(b) commits acts of violence against another person, irrespective of whether bodily harm results therefrom, or directs threats against a person listed on the match sheet in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports federation,
(c) possesses or uses objects capable of causing bodily harm,
(d) possesses or uses fireworks, smoke bombs, firecrackers, and generally flammable materials,
(e) enters and remains in a sports facility during the conduct of a sporting event with facial features concealed, with the purpose of obstructing detection and recording by the image-recording devices provided for in paragraphs 14 and 15 of Article 41D,
shall be punished with imprisonment of at least six (6) months and a monetary penalty, unless the act is punished more severely under another provision.”
“2. Any person shall be punished with imprisonment of at least three (3) months and a monetary penalty, unless the act is punished more severely under another provision, where such person:
(b) commits any of the acts referred to in the previous paragraph in connection with a sporting event, before its commencement or after its conclusion, or away from the venue designated for such event,
(c) individually or as a member of a group addresses to third parties expressions insulting their national identity, or expressions of a racist nature, or insults the national anthem, Olympic symbols, or the Olympic Games.”
“2A. Any person who, without authorization under the law or the regulations of the relevant sports federation, or by exceeding such authorization, during a sporting event or immediately before its commencement or immediately after its conclusion, enters the field of play, the athletes’ and referees’ changing rooms, or the corridors connecting the aforementioned areas, and with the purpose of disrupting the orderly conduct of the match or causing incidents, commits the acts referred to in point (b) of paragraph 1, shall be punished with imprisonment of at least one (1) year and a monetary penalty, unless the act is punished more severely under another provision.”
2.10. Instructions of the F.C.: The holder–spectator shall comply with all instructions issued by the F.C. during their approach, entry, presence, and departure to and from the Stadium.
2.11. Prohibited Items: The holder–spectator is prohibited, upon entry into and presence within the Stadium, from carrying items falling within the following categories:
- weapons, ammunition, explosive materials, chemical or incendiary devices and, generally, all items provided for under Law 2168/1993 (Government Gazette A’ 147), fireworks, firecrackers, smoke bombs, tear gas and, generally, objects capable of causing bodily harm, even where lawfully possessed,
- knives, poles, clubs, umbrellas and, generally, any object capable of causing bodily harm,
- narcotic drugs or other prohibited substances provided for under Law 1729/1987 (Government Gazette A’ 144), as amended and in force,
- bicycles, mopeds, scooters, skateboards, other skates, skis, as well as balls, rackets, frisbees and other similar objects,
- electronic radio or television broadcasting equipment, unless duly authorized broadcasting rights have been granted,
- flagpoles, flags exceeding 2×1 metres and banners exceeding 1×1 metre. Flags and banners of smaller dimensions than those specified above shall be permitted, provided that, following inspection, they are found not to contain abusive and/or racist content or depictions and on the condition that they are not mounted on metal, wooden or plastic poles or frames,
- musical instruments, horns, laser devices, and any other device capable of causing disturbance,
- items (t-shirts, hats, bags, etc.) bearing visible commercial trademarks of companies, as well as counterfeit products of the F.C.,
- signs, proclamations, leaflets and publications containing defamatory, provocative or obscene content, as well as any printed material of a political, commercial or advertising nature,
- glass bottles, flasks, cool boxes, ice packs, thermos flasks, lighters, or large quantities of coins,
- water, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, except for those sold at the Stadium kiosks, as well as food, save in cases where health reasons apply and are evidenced by appropriate medical documentation,
- bulky objects, such as bags, suitcases, folding seats or stools, etc.,
- and, more generally, material of any kind and with any content, or any other objects which the F.C., in cooperation with the competent Security Authorities, may classify as dangerous or inappropriate and which are considered likely to disrupt the orderly attendance and safe conduct of the Matches.
Furthermore, the entry of animals into the Stadium is prohibited. Police dogs and guide dogs accompanying persons with disabilities (PWDs), provided that they carry the appropriate accreditation documents, shall be exempt from this prohibition.
The F.C. may amend the above list of prohibited items at any time. The updated list shall be posted for the information of holders–spectators at the official Ticket points of sale of the F.C. and at the Stadium ticket booths.
In the event that, during the approach, entry, or presence of the holder–spectator in the Stadium, such items are found in their possession, they shall be immediately confiscated by personnel of the F.C. specifically authorized for this purpose, without any further liability on the part of the F.C. or any obligation to pay compensation of any kind. Furthermore, the F.C. shall not provide storage or safekeeping services within the Stadium for the aforementioned prohibited items.
2.12. Prohibited Conduct: The following actions are prohibited within the Stadium: causing or participating in incidents or any other acts and conduct inconsistent with the status of a sports supporter and/or constituting disrepute to the Match, the sport, the F.C., and its athletes. Furthermore, smoking, betting, unauthorized attempts to collect money for any reason, coordinated group efforts for promotional or advertising purposes (e.g. a group of spectators seated consecutively in the stands wearing shirts bearing letters or symbols which together form an advertising, political, racist, or religious slogan), ambush marketing activities, political or religious events and demonstrations, the sale of goods by unauthorized persons (street vendors) or unauthorized points of sale (canteens, carts, etc.), unauthorized ticket sales, unauthorized broadcasting and/or recording by any means or medium (mobile phones or other transmission devices, video cameras, tape recorders, etc.), the entry of unauthorized television presenters with recording equipment and cameras, photography, dangerous, obscene or disruptive behavior, distribution of unauthorized publications, leaflets and the like, attempts by spectators to enter accreditation-restricted areas, deriving money or other profit through impermissible means (for example by playing music or singing in open areas), involvement in actions likely to obstruct other spectators from viewing the events, or involvement in any other activities which the F.C. may classify as dangerous or inappropriate, are prohibited.
The collection and/or transmission and/or production and/or dissemination of any information or data relating to the progress of the Match, or any type of audio recording, video recording or audiovisual material (whether by use of electronic devices or otherwise) for the purposes of any form of betting, gambling or commercial activities not previously authorized, or for other purposes violating the terms and conditions of contractual partnerships, is strictly prohibited, except where authorization has been expressly granted by the Super League and the F.C. Mobile phones may only be used for personal and private purposes. The F.C. may amend the above list of prohibitions at any time, and the updated list shall be posted for the information of holders–spectators at the official Ticket points of sale and at the Stadium ticket booths.
Furthermore, any commercial or advertising exploitation in any manner whatsoever (including raffles and prize draws) of the Tickets and Invitations, and of the trademarks, logos and distinctive signs appearing thereon belonging to the F.C. and/or its sponsors and partners, by either the holder thereof or any other natural or legal person, without the express written authorization of the F.C. and/or its sponsors and partners, is prohibited.
The F.C. may amend the above list of prohibited conduct at any time by adding activities which, in its discretion, may disrupt the orderly viewing and safe conduct of the Match. Such updated list shall be posted for the information of holders–spectators at the official Ticket points of sale and at the Stadium ticket booths.
2.13. Safety: The holder–spectator shall bear sole responsibility for their personal safety, the safety of any minors accompanying them, and shall have exclusive responsibility for safeguarding their personal belongings during their approach, entry, presence, and departure to and from the Stadium, as no storage or safekeeping facilities are available.
2.14. Liability of the Holder–Spectator: The holder–spectator shall be liable towards the F.C. for any culpable act or omission on their part which violates any provision of law or regulation and/or breaches these Terms and Conditions, the Ticket Terms and Conditions, and the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions, and shall indemnify the F.C. for any and all damages, including direct and consequential damages, suffered by the F.C. as a result of the holder’s actions, conduct, behavior and overall presence during the Match, including any damage caused to the seat occupied by the holder for the relevant Match.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the F.C. reserves the right to seek, through judicial proceedings, the criminal prosecution of any punishable acts which may occur during the holder’s–spectator’s approach, entry, presence, and departure to and from the Stadium.
2.15. Compliance with Applicable Legislation for the Protection of Individual and Public Health: The holder–spectator undertakes to comply with all laws, protocols, guidelines, circulars and decisions issued by public authorities, health committees and organizing authorities concerning rules for the protection of individual and public health, where applicable and as in force from time to time, even if amended during the current 2026–2027 sporting season. Entry into the Stadium shall take place in accordance with the law and with the health protocols applicable at the time of entry, and the F.C. shall inform holders–spectators of any changes arising during the sporting season. The F.C. reserves all its lawful rights to seek compensation for any damage suffered by it as a result of holders–spectators failing to comply with the aforementioned laws, health protocols, guidelines, circulars and decisions of public authorities, health committees and organizing authorities concerning the protection of individual and public health, as in force from time to time.
2.16. Obligation to Complete Ticket Identification: The holder of a Ticket and/or Season Ticket Card shall be required to complete the identification procedure relating to their ticket details, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the relevant legislation and the instructions of the F.C., within six (6) days from the date of purchase and/or issuance thereof. In the event that the aforementioned procedure is not completed within the prescribed deadline, the F.C. reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the relevant Ticket and/or Season Ticket Card, without any obligation to refund the purchase price, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
2.17. Terms of Use of the Family Package: Tickets issued under a Family Package are intended exclusively for use by families with minor children. Children’s tickets are offered at a special discount (indicatively 50%) and are valid exclusively for minors, provided that they are accompanied by an adult. The F.C. reserves the right to carry out checks in order to verify the proper use of such tickets and to proceed with their cancellation and/or the removal of the holders in the event of any breach of these terms, without refund of the purchase price.
ARTICLE 3 – RIGHTS OF THE F.C.
3.1. Prohibition of Entry or Immediate Removal from the Stadium: The Stadium security personnel shall be entitled to immediately remove the holder–spectator from the Stadium, as well as to prohibit their entry to future Matches, without any compensation being payable by the F.C., in the event that the holder–spectator:
* fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Entry, the Ticket Terms and Conditions, and the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions,
* refuses to undergo a body search and inspection of belongings,
* disrupts the enjoyment, comfort, or safety of other persons within the premises,
* is in possession of a Ticket, Invitation, or Season Ticket Exchange Ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged, or rendered illegible,
* has obtained their Ticket, Invitation, or Season Ticket Exchange Ticket from an unauthorized source,
* attempts to obstruct the Matches or otherwise interferes in any manner with their conduct,
* is manifestly intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic substances,
* carries prohibited items in accordance with Article 2.11,
* engages in, or there are indications that they intend to engage in, any of the prohibited acts set out in Article 2.12,
* there are indications that they intend to engage in any of the aforementioned acts.
3.2. No Refund of Ticket Price: In the event of refusal of entry to, or removal from, the Stadium, the Ticket price shall not be refunded and the Ticket may not be exchanged for a Ticket to another Match.
3.3. Full Exemption from Liability of the F.C.: The F.C. shall be fully exempt from any liability for any injury, damage, loss, or civil liability suffered by the holder–spectator, which may in any way be connected with attendance at the Match in the Stadium, regardless of the manner in which such injury, damage, loss, or liability has been caused.
ARTICLE 4 – REFUND – CANCELLATION – COMPENSATION POLICY
4.1. Following the purchase of a Ticket, and subject to the provisions of this Article, no replacement or cancellation thereof, nor any refund of its purchase price, shall be accepted, even if the Ticket has not been used by its holder.
4.2. Postponement of the Match – Change of Stadium: In the event of postponement of a Match or a change of the stadium where the Match is to be held for any reason whatsoever (e.g. weather conditions, decision of a Judicial Body, decision of the Super League, the H.F.F., UEFA, decision of the F.C., etc.), the holder shall retain their Ticket, which shall remain valid for the new date or the new stadium of the Match, unless otherwise decided by the F.C.
4.3. Cancellation or Abandonment of a Match – Matches Held Behind Closed Doors: In the event of cancellation or abandonment of a Match, for any reason whatsoever (e.g. decision of a Judicial Body, decision of the Super League, the H.F.F., UEFA, decision of the F.C., etc.), or where a Match is held behind closed doors, the Ticket holder shall not be entitled to request a refund of the Ticket price.
4.4. Change of Schedule or Participants: In the event of any change to the schedule or the participants of any Sporting Season, the Ticket holder shall not be entitled to replacement or cancellation of the Ticket, nor to a refund of its purchase price, unless otherwise decided by the F.C.
4.5. Evacuation of Rows by the Police: The holder–spectator acknowledges and accepts that, in the event the Police request the evacuation of certain rows of the Stadium for security reasons, the F.C. reserves the right to relocate them to another seat within the same or a different stand, taking into consideration both the best possible service to the holder–spectator and the operational needs of the F.C. In such case, it is expressly agreed that the F.C. shall owe no compensation whatsoever for any reason.
4.6. Loss, Theft or Damage of Tickets: In the event of loss, theft, or damage to a Ticket, the holder–spectator shall be required to appear at one of the F.C.’s ticket offices at least one day prior to the date of the Match, presenting their identity card, in order for the lost Ticket to be cancelled and replaced with a new one.
4.7. Upon the Ticket holder’s entry through the access control system, the barcode of the season ticket shall be deactivated, and re-entry after exiting the gate shall not be permitted.
4.8. Liability of the F.C.: The F.C. shall bear no liability for any claims by a Ticket holder for compensation arising from damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation, postponement, or change of the time, date, or venue of the Match for any reason whatsoever.
ARTICLE 5 – PHOTOGRAPHY – VIDEO RECORDING – AUDIO RECORDING
5.1. The holder–spectator acknowledges and accepts that, in the context of the staging of the Matches, and specifically during their approach, entry, presence in, or departure from the Stadium, they may be photographed, video-recorded and/or audio-recorded by the F.C. By purchasing a Ticket, Invitation, or Season Ticket Exchange Ticket, the holder–spectator shall be deemed to consent to the use by the F.C., in any manner whatsoever, of the aforementioned images, photographs and/or recordings, waiving any claim arising from the use of such material, including indicatively its publication, broadcasting and use for the promotion of Tickets, Season Ticket Cards and other products bearing the trademarks of the F.C.
5.2. The collection and/or transmission and/or production and/or dissemination of any information or data relating to the progress of the Match, or any type of audio recording, video recording or audiovisual material (whether by use of electronic devices or otherwise) for the purposes of any form of betting, gambling or commercial activities not previously authorized, or for other purposes violating the terms and conditions of contractual partnerships, is strictly prohibited, except where authorization has been expressly granted by the Super League and the F.C. Mobile phones may only be used for personal and private purposes.
ARTICLE 6 – CONFIDENTIALITY – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1. By acquiring a Ticket, Invitation, or Season Ticket Exchange Ticket, the holder–spectator may grant permission to the F.C. to collect, retain, and process their personal data.
6.2. The processing of the holder’s–spectator’s personal data shall be carried out by the F.C. in the context of the F.C.’s compliance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, National Implementing Law 4624/2019, and all other related legislative acts, as currently in force and/or as may be amended in the future for the purpose of adaptation to the aforementioned Regulation. The processing of personal data is based in particular on the performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the F.C., and, where required, the consent of the holder.
6.3. The F.C. makes every possible effort to protect the holder’s–spectator’s personal data against unauthorized access and unlawful processing. The personal data of the holder–spectator collected by the F.C. shall be used exclusively in accordance with the purposes, requirements, and limitations set out under the applicable European legislation on the protection of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the applicable national legislation (Law 4624/2019).
Subject to the holder’s consent being granted to the F.C., such personal data may be used for informational purposes and promotional activities of the F.C., its affiliated companies, and sponsors. The F.C. makes every possible effort to protect such data from unlawful access and unfair processing. The holder–spectator shall have the right to access their personal data processed by the F.C. and to object to such processing, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Law 4624/2019. In the event that the holder–spectator wishes their personal data to be used for promotional activities of the F.C. and/or its sponsors, they are kindly requested to complete the following:
I consent to the use of my personal data for promotional activities of the F.C., its sponsors, and companies cooperating therewith.
- ii. By purchasing the Season Ticket Card/Ticket, the Holder thereof may automatically participate in competitions or other promotional activities organized from time to time by the F.C. and/or companies cooperating therewith, including sponsors. In the event that the Holder wishes to participate automatically in the aforementioned activities, they are kindly requested to complete the following:
I wish to participate automatically in competitions or other promotional activities organized from time to time by Panathinaikos F.C. and/or companies cooperating therewith and/or its sponsors.
In the event that the holder–spectator no longer wishes such use of their personal data in the future, they may object thereto at any time, either in writing, by email, or by contacting the Supporters’ Service Department at +30 210 8709000.
The Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy of PANATHINAIKOS F.C. is available on the F.C.’s website at www.pao.gr, and a copy thereof shall be provided upon request, either in writing or electronically to the email address declared by the holder–spectator.
ARTICLE 7 – FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. These Terms and Conditions and the Ticket Terms and Conditions printed on the reverse side of the Ticket, Invitation, and Season Ticket Exchange Ticket constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between the holder–spectator and the F.C. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Ticket Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
7.2. These Terms and Conditions and the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions printed on the reverse side of the relevant Season Ticket Card application form constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between the holder–spectator and the F.C. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions, the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions..
7.3. Failure by the F.C. to enforce any one or more of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce any or all of them.
7.4. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
7.5. In the event that Tickets are purchased through an attorney-in-fact or authorized representative, these Terms and Conditions shall bind both the principal and the authorized representative.
7.6. Greek law shall govern these Terms and Conditions, and the courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
7.7. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions: The F.C. reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions for good cause, in particular for reasons of compliance with applicable legislation, competition regulations, decisions of competent authorities, or for reasons relating to security and the orderly operation of the Stadium. Any amendment shall be communicated in due time to holders–spectators through the official website of the F.C. or by any other appropriate means and shall enter into force upon its publication.
