Q1. I am a 2025/26 season ticket holder. How do I renew my seat at the Olympic Stadium?
You can renew your season ticket via www.pao.gr.
The renewal process takes place in three phases:
Phase 1 (21/05 – 27/05):
Applies to renewal of the same seat corresponding to the European matches at the Olympic Stadium, based on the mapping established prior to the stadium reconstruction.
After the deadline, seats will be released.
Each holder will receive a personal email with their seat details (Gate – Row – Seat).
Phase 2 (29/05 – 03/06):
Applies to those who did not renew during Phase 1, with the option to select a new seat.
Phase 3 (from 04/06):
Applies to new season ticket holders, with free seat selection based on availability.
Q2. What benefits do I have as a previous season ticket holder?
You enjoy priority over new fans regarding availability.
Additionally, 2026/27 season tickets are linked to the new stadium in Votanikos, as holders from the 2025/26 season are included in a special category with absolute priority for the transition.

Q3. What is required to purchase a season ticket?
Mandatory details:
- ID card / passport / residence permit number
• AMKA (Social Security Number)
• Active membership with 👉 the Sports Club for the 2026/27 season (for individuals aged 18+)
Fans under 18 are exempt. The membership requirement is automatically waived based on AMKA when selecting the correct buyer type.
Q4. What payment methods are available?
- Debit & credit cards (Visa / Mastercard)
- Up to 9 interest-free installments
- Up to 12 interest-free installments with Pao Visa
- Iris Payment
Q5. How many tickets can I purchase?
- In Phase 1 renewal: 1 ticket per transaction
- In Phase 2 renewal & new purchases: up to 6 tickets per transaction per account, except Gate 23
Special Tickets & Discounts
Q6. I am a person with a disability. Am I entitled to a discount?
You are entitled to a 50% discount.

Q7. Is there a children’s ticket?
Yes, available:
- At Gates 7, 9, and 11 with a 30% discount (type: KID RENEWAL)
- Only for 2025/26 season ticket holders who renew
Applies to children born from 01/01/2014 onwards.
Q8. What is the Family package?
For the 2026/27 season, a Family package is available at Gate 23:
- 1 regular ticket (GREEN)
- Up to 2 children’s tickets with 50% discount
The package is offered with priority to 2025/26 holders during Phase 2, via a voucher sent through the newsletter.
Children’s tickets may also include new purchases; the discount applies to children born from 01/01/2014 onwards.
Individual purchase of regular or children’s tickets is not possible.
Q9. How do I purchase the Family package?
Exclusively online via 👉 www.pao.gr by selecting the appropriate buyer type and using the access code sent via email to eligible holders.
Sports Club Membership Card
Q10. What is the Membership Card and is it mandatory?
👉 The Panathinaikos Sports Club Membership Card is required for purchasing a season ticket.
- Valid for one season
- Mandatory for all season ticket holders
- Exemptions apply for fans under 18
Minor categories:
- 0–12 years → KID
- 13–17 years → Regular (up to 17 years old)
Categories are electronically verified. In case of misuse, the Club reserves the right to cancel tickets without refund.
Invoicing & Corporate Purchases
Q11. Is invoice issuance available?
Yes, for legal entities and professionals.
Process includes:
- Creating an SSO account on pao.gr
- Selecting “Invoice” before payment completion
- Entering company details (VAT number for validation)
Important:
Membership card is mandatory for natural persons.
Additional Benefits
Q12. How do I redeem loyalty points via Pao Visa?
With 3,000 loyalty points, you can submit a request to Piraeus Bank (210 3288000).
- 3,000 points = €350
- If selecting a higher-value seat, you pay the difference
The Ticketing Department will then contact you to complete the purchase.
Sports Club membership remains mandatory.
Q13. Is parking available?
Only for VIP season ticket holders, subject to limited availability and priority order.
Q14. Is there a physical season ticket card?
No. Tickets are available exclusively in digital format via Gov.gr Wallet.
Digital Identification & Gov.gr Wallet
Q15. How do I verify and use my ticket?
After purchase:
- You receive an email with a unique identification code
- You add the ticket to Gov.gr Wallet
- Verification must be completed within 6 days of purchase, according to Terms & Conditions
Q16. I live abroad and do not have an AMKA. What should I do?
You can proceed with the purchase using passport or ID details.
For verification:
- Greek citizens abroad and Cypriot fans can use an NFC-enabled passport or ID via Gov.gr Wallet
- Foreign nationals can use a passport or other official identification, as per applicable regulations

Cancellations & Changes
Q18. Can I cancel my season ticket?
Cancellation is possible within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, requests are reviewed case by case within 14 days, according to current tax legislation.
If the ticket has been used or the season has started, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
Q19. Can I change my seat after purchase?
Seat changes are possible by contacting [email protected], subject to availability.
Only upgrades (same or higher value seats) are allowed, with payment of any price difference.
Downgrades with refunds are not permitted.
Ticket Transfer
Q20. Can I transfer my season ticket?
Season ticket transfer is not supported by Panathinaikos FC.
