Please read carefully the following Season Ticket Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Season Ticket Terms and Conditions”):

 

  1. Acceptance of the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions: By acquiring a Season Ticket Card through the official points of sale (the registered offices of the F.C., the Stadium ticket booths, or any other point designated as such by the F.C. or its authorized agents), as well as through the electronic purchasing system available on the websites www.pao.gr and www.ticketmaster.gr, the contracting Holder shall be deemed to have read, understood, and fully and unreservedly accepted the “Season Ticket Terms and Conditions”, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Entry to the Stadium (http://www.pao.gr/el/tickets/oroidiarkeias/) and the Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy, all of which are attached hereto and form an integral part hereof. These Season Ticket Terms and Conditions shall apply supplementary to the F.C.’s General Terms and Conditions of Entry to the Stadium, which the Holder declares to have read and accepted. In the event of any conflict, these Season Ticket Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  1. Privileges of the Season Ticket Card Holder: The acquisition of a Season Ticket Card grants the Holder the right to enter the Stadium designated as the home venue of the F.C. for the purpose of attending the F.C.’s Matches in the Championship, the Greek Cup, UEFA interclub competitions, and friendly matches taking place during the 2026–2027 sporting season, namely from 01.07.2026 until 30.06.2027, in the specific stand, row, and seat indicated on the Season Ticket Card, save for the cases provided under Article 11 hereof. Furthermore, the Holder shall be entitled to a series of privileges determined by the F.C. at its sole discretion, either prior to the commencement or during the 2026–2027 Sporting Season, which may be amended during the course of the Sporting Season.
  1. Season Ticket Holder’s Seat: The Holder shall be entitled to occupy and use within the Stadium exclusively the numbered seat specified on the Season Ticket Card.
  1. Family Package (FAMILY): Season Ticket Cards issued under the Family Package scheme (indicatively for Gate 23) are intended exclusively for families with minor children. Within this framework, children’s season ticket cards may be made available at preferential prices (indicatively with discounts of up to 50%), which shall be valid exclusively for minors born on or after 01.01.2014 and subject to the simultaneous presence of an accompanying adult.

The F.C. reserves the right throughout the sporting season to verify the proper use of such cards. Any breach of the terms hereof or failure to comply with the conditions governing the use of Season Ticket Cards issued under the Family Package scheme shall result in the imposition of the sanctions provided for under Article 8.

  1. Terms for the Purchase of a Season Ticket Card by a Minor: The acquisition of a Season Ticket Card by a minor shall be permitted only provided that the relevant application/agreement has been completed and signed by the person exercising parental responsibility. The entry and presence of minors under the age of 15 in the Stadium shall be permitted only when accompanied by an adult, and responsibility in this respect shall at all times rest with the person exercising parental responsibility.
  1. Change of the Holder’s Seat Due to Unavailability of the Original Numbered Seat: In the event that the Holder’s numbered seat specified on the Season Ticket Card is unavailable for one or more matches of the 2026–2027 Sporting Season for any reason whatsoever (including indicatively construction works, security measures, decisions of a competent authority, organizational requirements, or force majeure events), the F.C. may, without compensation and at its absolute discretion, taking into account the availability of the remaining seats within the Stadium, change the Holder’s seat by allocating, for the relevant match or matches, a different seat of, insofar as possible, equivalent value. Such change shall not give rise to any right of withdrawal, compensation, or refund in favour of the Holder.
  1. Verification of Identity Details – Obligation to Complete Season Ticket Card Identification:
    The Holder shall be required to provide their Social Security Number (A.M.K.A.) and the number of their identity card (or passport or residence permit) upon purchase of the Season Ticket Card. The identification of the Season Ticket Card shall be carried out exclusively in the name of the person who purchased it, and its identification in the name of any third party shall not be permitted, in compliance with the prohibition on transfer or granting of use of the Season Ticket Card, as provided for under Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

The Holder shall be required to complete the identification procedure relating to their Season Ticket Card, in accordance with the applicable legislation and the instructions issued from time to time by the F.C., within six (6) days from the date of purchase and/or issuance thereof. In the event that the aforementioned procedure is not completed within the prescribed deadline, the F.C. may suspend and/or cancel the Season Ticket Card, in accordance with the applicable provisions, without any obligation to refund the purchase price.

The Holder of the Season Ticket Card shall be required to carry and present their identity card (or passport or residence permit), if requested upon entry into the Stadium, in order to verify that their details correspond to those stated on the Season Ticket Card.

  1. Prohibition on Transfer or Granting of Use of the Season Ticket Card: The Season Ticket Card is personalized and strictly personal in nature. Its use may not be assigned, granted, or transferred in any manner whatsoever to any third party. The F.C. does not permit the transfer or granting of use of the Season Ticket Card to third parties in any manner whatsoever. Should it be established that the Season Ticket Card is being used by a third party, the F.C. reserves the right to deny such third party entry into the Stadium, as well as to cancel the Season Ticket Card for the remainder of its validity period, without any refund, expressly reserving all rights of the F.C. to seek compensation for any damage or loss caused as a result of the unlawful assignment and use of the Season Ticket Card. In all cases, the Holder and the third party to whom the Season Ticket Card has been transferred shall be jointly and severally liable towards the F.C. for any damage or loss caused to the latter.

In the event of any of the foregoing circumstances, the F.C. reserves the right to cancel not only the Season Ticket Card assigned to the third party, but also the entire FAMILY package to which it belongs, for the remaining duration of the package, without any refund. Furthermore, in the event of assignment of a Season Ticket Card forming part of any preferential or discounted Season Ticket package (e.g. FAMILY package) to a third party, the F.C. expressly reserves all rights to seek compensation for any damage or loss caused as a result of the unlawful assignment and use of the Season Ticket Card. All holders of Season Ticket Cards included in a FAMILY Season Ticket package, together with the third party to whom the Season Ticket Card belonging to the specific FAMILY Season Ticket package has been assigned or transferred, shall be jointly and severally liable towards the F.C. for any damage or loss caused to the latter.

  1. Prohibition of Exchange, Resale and Any Other Disposal or Commercial Exploitation of Season Ticket Cards: Any exchange or resale, as well as any general disposal or commercial exploitation of Season Ticket Cards, including their procurement on behalf of third parties in the context of any commercial or business activity, is prohibited. Furthermore, the use of Season Ticket Cards for political, commercial, advertising, or other promotional purposes (e.g. as prizes in competitions) is prohibited, unless prior written approval has been granted by the F.C. In the event of breach of this provision, the F.C. reserves the right to cancel such Season Ticket Cards at any time, expressly reserving all rights of the F.C. to seek compensation for any damage or loss caused as a result of the unlawful exchange, resale, disposal, or commercial exploitation of the Season Ticket Cards.

 

  1. Personal Safety and Personal Belongings: The Holder shall bear sole responsibility for their personal safety, as well as for the safety of any minors accompanying them. The Holder shall have exclusive responsibility for safeguarding their personal belongings during their approach, entry, presence, and departure to and from the Stadium.

 

  1. Cancellation – Abandonment – Matches Held Behind Closed Doors: In the event of cancellation, abandonment, or the holding of a Match behind closed doors, the Holder shall have no right of withdrawal and/or refund of all or part of the purchase price of the Season Ticket Card and/or compensation of any other nature whatsoever.

 

  1. Imposition of Sanctions on the F.C. or Change of the F.C.’s Home Venue: In the event of a change of the F.C.’s home venue pursuant to a decision of a competent authority or for any other reason whatsoever, Season Ticket Card Holders shall be ensured, for the purpose of attending the F.C.’s match at the designated stadium, a seat of at least equivalent value, with priority over other supporters, provided that the capacity of the designated stadium so permits. In the event that the designated stadium has reduced capacity which does not allow seats to be secured for all Season Ticket Card Holders, the F.C. shall timely inform the Holders through its website www.pao.gr or by any other appropriate means that priority order shall apply for the allocation of seats. In the event that, due to insufficient capacity at the designated stadium, not all Season Ticket Card Holders can be accommodated, such Holders shall have no claim whatsoever against the F.C., and the F.C. shall have no obligation to provide compensation of any kind whatsoever.
  1. Participation in Incidents – Improper Conduct of the Holder: In the event that the Holder participates in incidents or engages in any other acts or conduct, either at the F.C.’s home venue or at any other stadium, which are inconsistent with the status of a sports supporter and/or constitute disrepute to the Match, the sport, the F.C., or its athletes, even where such conduct does not result in sanctions being imposed on the F.C., the F.C. reserves the right to immediately remove the Holder from the Stadium and/or prohibit their entry thereto and/or to future Matches and/or terminate the agreement and cancel the Holder’s Season Ticket Card without observing any notice period and without any compensation whatsoever.

 

  1. Liability of the Holder: The Holder shall be liable towards the F.C. for any culpable act or omission on their part which violates any provision of law or regulation and/or breaches these Terms and Conditions and/or the General Terms and Conditions of Entry to the Stadium, and shall indemnify the F.C. for any and all damages, including direct and consequential damages, suffered by the F.C. as a result of the Holder’s actions, conduct, behaviour, and overall presence during the Match, as defined under the applicable laws and regulations, including any damage caused to the seat occupied by the Holder during the relevant Match.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the F.C. reserves the right to seek, through judicial proceedings, the criminal prosecution of any punishable acts which may occur during the Holder’s approach, entry, presence, and departure to and from the Stadium.

 

  1. Return of the Season Ticket Card: The Holder shall have the right, within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) days from the purchase of the Season Ticket Card and prior to any use thereof in any manner whatsoever, to withdraw from this agreement. Upon expiry of the aforementioned period, no such request shall be accepted.

 

  1. Holder’s Personal Data:
  2. The Holder authorizes the F.C. to collect, retain, and process their personal data. Such data shall be used by the F.C. exclusively in accordance with the purposes, requirements, and limitations set out under the applicable European legislation concerning the protection of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the applicable national legislation (Law 4624/2019). Subject to the Holder’s consent being granted to the F.C., such data may be used for informational purposes and promotional activities of the F.C., its sponsors, and companies cooperating therewith. The F.C. makes every possible effort to protect such data against unlawful access and unfair processing.

The Holder further acknowledges that the personal data submitted during the issuance of the Season Ticket Card — in combination with additional information that may subsequently be requested — may be used by the F.C. in the context of issuing a Supporter Card, in compliance with the applicable European legislation concerning the protection of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the applicable national legislation (Law 4624/2019).

The Holder shall have the right to access their personal data processed by the F.C. and to object to such processing, in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, National Implementing Law 4624/2019, and all other related legislative acts, as currently in force and/or as may be amended in the future for the purpose of adaptation to the aforementioned Regulation.

In the event that the Holder wishes their personal data to be used for promotional activities of the F.C. and/or its sponsors, they are kindly requested to complete the following:

„ I consent to the use of my personal data for promotional activities of the F.C., its sponsors, and companies cooperating therewith.

  1. By purchasing the Season Ticket Card, the Holder thereof may automatically participate in competitions or other promotional activities organized from time to time by the F.C. and/or companies cooperating therewith, including sponsors. In the event that the Holder wishes to participate automatically in the aforementioned activities, they are kindly requested to complete the following:

„ I wish to participate automatically in competitions or other promotional activities organized from time to time by Panathinaikos F.C. and/or companies cooperating therewith and/or its sponsors.

In the event that the Holder no longer wishes such use of their personal data in the future, they may object thereto at any time.

The Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy of the F.C. is available on the F.C.’s website at www.pao.gr, and a copy thereof shall be provided upon request, either in writing or electronically to the contact email address declared by the Holder.

  1. Agreement Between the Holder and the F.C.: These Terms and Conditions, together with the General Terms and Conditions of Entry to the Stadium and the Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between the Holder and the F.C. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of Entry to the Stadium, the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the General Terms and Conditions of Entry to the Stadium.

 

  1. Non-Compliance with the Terms and Conditions: In the event of non-compliance by the Holder with any of the above Terms and Conditions, as well as with the General Terms and Conditions of Entry to the Stadium, the F.C. reserves the right to cancel the Season Ticket Card, without the Holder being entitled to compensation of any kind whatsoever.

 

  1. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions: The F.C. reserves the right to amend these Season Ticket Terms and Conditions for good cause, in particular for reasons of compliance with applicable legislation, competition regulations, decisions of competent authorities, or for reasons relating to security and the orderly operation of the Stadium. Any amendment shall be communicated in due time to the Holders through the official website of the F.C. or by any other appropriate means and shall enter into force upon its publication.
