Elias Abatzidis was born 40 ago and earned a diploma from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, specialized in football and training of team sports. He has been working in the academies of PΑΟΚ, Olimpiakos and ΑΕΚ as well as in the first teams of Xanthi, Kaloni, Omonia, Apollon Pontos and Heraklis.  He started collaborating with Panathinaikos in 2019 as physical trainer for the academies. Since October 2020 he joined the first team of the Shamrock.
