Panathinaikos FC announces the extension of its collaboration with Federico Macheda. The top scorer of our team, during the two last seasons, has signed today his new contract which will be in force till 2023.
The Italian striker was acquired in September 2018. During the two years he is wearing the jersey with the Shamrock, he realized 65 appearances and scored 26 goals.
In fact, last season was for him the most fruitful! By scoring 26 goals in all competitions he became one of Panathinaikos’ first five foreign top scorers of the last 20 years. His next target is to attain 36 goals, as was done by Emmanuel Olisadebe!
